Eligibility
Applicants must work within the ACT Foundation’s core areas of health, entrepreneurship, leadership, and environment and be registered as a legal entity in their respective African nations for at least two years to be eligible for the 2024 Grant Cycle. Unless applied as a social enterprise, organizations must also be legally registered as non-profit entities (GTE/LTD). Only non-profit initiatives will be considered for funding. Applicants should also demonstrate a good governance structure, with specifics about the board of directors reflected in the company’s registration paperwork, and offer evidence of alternate funding sources.
