Eligibility and Scholarship Details
These scholarships are available to international students pursuing master’s or PhD degrees. For master’s studies, the Eiffel scholarship provides a monthly stipend of €1,181 for 12-36 months. For PhD studies, students receive €1,700 per month for up to 12 months. Additionally, the program covers various expenses, including international and national transportation, health insurance, housing searches, and cultural activities. Tuition fees are not covered by the Eiffel Programme. However, scholarship recipients are exempt from tuition charges for programs leading to a national diploma (master, doctorate) or accredited engineering degree in public institutions supervised by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research.

Applications for Eiffel scholarships are not submitted directly by students. French Higher Education Institutions are responsible for the application process. Swedish Institute Scholarships for Global Professionals

The Swedish Institute Scholarships for Global Professionals (SISGP) is a new scholarship program, replacing the Swedish Institute Study Scholarships (SISS). It offers scholarships for numerous master’s programs at Swedish universities in Autumn 2024. The SI Scholarship for Global Professionals aims to nurture future global leaders who will contribute to the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and promote positive and sustainable development in their home countries and regions.

The scholarship is available for full-time one or two-year Master’s programs offered by Swedish universities and higher education institutions. There are approximately 700 English-taught master’s programs eligible for the SI Scholarship for Global Professionals, covering fields such as humanities, agricultural science, medicine and public health, natural science, social science, and technology. Scholarship Value/Inclusions/Duration
The scholarship covers full tuition fees, living expenses of SEK 12,000 per month, insurance, and a one-time travel grant of SEK 10,000-15,000 (only for scholarship recipients living outside Sweden). It is intended for full-time one-year or two-year master’s programs and is awarded for programs starting in the autumn semester. Please note that there are no additional grants for family members, and it does not cover the application fee to University Admissions.
Eligibility
To be eligible for SISGP, you must:
- Be a citizen of a country eligible for SI scholarships.
- Apply to master’s programs that are eligible for SI scholarships, with the university prioritizing certain subject areas based on your country of citizenship.
- Demonstrate work experience (with specific conditions for certain regions) and leadership experience from your current or previous employer or civil society engagement.
- Be liable to pay tuition fees to Swedish universities, have followed the University Admissions steps, paid the application fee on time, and been admitted (or conditionally admitted) to one of the eligible master’s programs by 21 March 2024.

Eligibility Requirements

- Fulfill the specific admission requirements of the UM Master’s program they have applied for.
- Have never engaged in a degree-seeking higher education program, primary education program, or secondary education program in the Netherlands. Students who have completed exchange programs in the Netherlands can apply.

The Radboud Scholarship is a partial scholarship that significantly reduces your tuition fees. Additionally, the scholarship covers costs such as visa fees, residence permits, health insurance, and liability insurance for your stay in the Netherlands. If you are admitted to a two-year Master’s program and pass all courses in the first year, you can qualify for the scholarship in the second year.

To be eligible for the Radboud Scholarship, you must:
- Hold a non-EU/EEA passport.
- Not be eligible for the lower EEA tuition fee for other reasons.
- Hold, or be in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor’s degree earned outside the Netherlands and have no prior degrees from Dutch institutions. You must not have received any previous education in the Netherlands.
- Have been fully admitted to an English-taught Master’s degree program starting on 1 September 2024, as indicated in the official admission letter.
